About Us & the 3RRR’s
The 3RRR Resource team founded in 1994, as a not for profit organisation itself has a long history of work with charities and other not for profit organisations. The organisation has Project Resources across international boundaries in order to maximise knowledge-sharing across all sectors and disciplines, drawing on one of the most select group of project managers both nationally and internationally.
Resources
When a project is winding down and drawing to a close, its staff and team members often require early release or exit from their contractual obligations in order to take-up new job offers, this resourcing situation often occurs with funded or time constrained projects but may happen to your project at any time and if you are a funded project it is unlikely that you have the time or funding to advertise and recruit again.
The strategic use of our flexible resource enables your organisation to sustain a lean, highly focused core project management team, safe in the knowledge that highly experienced professionals can be brought in as and when the need arises or for one-off business and project improvement projects.
The complexity of the application processes to grant giving bodies and for the lottery or local government funding takes valuable time and resources. The effort to raise funds needs to be matched by attention to operating efficiency and costs control.
Recovery
When a project is out of control and failing, over budget and out of scope, a structured review of the project deliverables and milestones with an eye towards getting back on track is needed to recover. We will develop a plan for the recovery of your project for you to implement, or you can use one of our experienced 3RRR resource professionals.
Our project resources assist you in determining how to achieve the most strategic of objectives in the least amount of time. They do this by selecting methods including by assessing risk, crashing the schedule or developing deliverables simultaneously.

Rescue
3RRR Rescue is the art of balancing the science of project management and determining where and how to target resources. In addition, we will use proven techniques and methods and will leave you with tools and techniques for the successful completion of future projects or make ourselves available to complete them with you in partnership.
With Government departments keen to encourage greater participation of voluntary bodies, never has there been greater need for expert management to adjust to the new demands and increasing rate of change.
While our 3RRR Resources are organised across business sectors, they continue to work in teams - often across international boundaries and for commercial organisations in order to maximise knowledge-sharing across all sectors and disciplines.
