1. Requirement – International Community Sustainability Project
The establishment of a charity and a commercial trading company to develop sustainable community projects in the ASEAN region, for the provision of alternative income streams to environmentally destructive working activities and the establishment of village education and for "well woman" centres.
Solution
Annual program which supports specific community projects, volunteers provide the core resources of project implementation & research.
Volunteers aged 16 years and over may join the expedition for 2,4,6 or 8 weeks duration; they may participate in the Dive Training course to PADI Open Water Level, Language training and the Marine Biology training courses in addition to individual research projects at MSc level.
Each expedition is planned to ensure that the volunteer contributes to the overall research effort as well as having the opportunity to try more than one project if staying for a longer period.
2. Requirement – Market Driven Consumer Initiatives & Outreach Education
Alternate strategies and objectives were required in order to achieve the deliverables in this project, working with a charity involved with market driven consumer initiatives to promote sustainable consumption and outreach educational programmes for stakeholders and members alike.Solution

3. Requirement – Program Development and Funding Solution.
National organisation in need of funding to continue program aims and objectives.Solution
The strategic planning, proposals and bid preparation for Objective 1, program funding and Single Regeneration Budget, together with the development of a private sector funding initiative program to secure match funding.
4. Requirement – Participatory Community Arts Project & Funding
A community driven project required to deliver training, advice, & counselling course for artists who want to develop a career in participatory and community arts.Provision of hands-on project and workshop delivery experience.
Accredited and informal training in how to plan and deliver arts projects.
Development for professional and business practice as a freelance worker or employee.

Establishment of the arts as a valued central part of community life through the creation of new projects that explore, present and celebrate local life culture heritage and traditions.

5. Requirement – Audience Development and Sustainability Project
An internationally recognised event which has attracted millions of visitors during its history; traditionally a commercial industry based and hosted Festival, audience numbers had been in steady decline due to competition, stagnant visual attractions and performance delivery.Solution
Re-branding and development Strategy.
Historically predominately sponsorship driven, returned a significant number of elements to community groups and organisations and yet maintaining equivalent levels of corporate partnership activity. This partnership approach to the Festival and live performance culture has encouraged teaching and community groups to develop revive and sustain their local culture and social heritage celebrations, local groups have been enthused with the desire to perform their own traditions.
Annual complimentary programs introduced culminating in annual audience attendance boost. Year 1 10% increase Year 2 saw audience figures back in the 100k’s Year 3 recording in excess of 103,000 this in turn generating a tourism income to the region estimated at £1.5m with over 700 participants and 300 school children.
6. Requirement - Museum and Education Centre of Excellence for Bio-Diversity, Rural Sustainability and Out of Classroom Learning.
Secure funding for purchase of historic building and development of programs of educational and environmental value.
